I am SO sorry for starting my Franken show so late... but work... work... and more work!...
Please help me name these frankens!!!
None of them have names. There are a couple that have labels on the bottles... and these are the pigments which I used to make the polish. Any help you can give is greatly appreaciated.

This glows in the dark! And my camera flacked out on me and couldn't take a picture of the glow =(
I will try again with the new camera!
The Rockefeller Christmas tree gets lit tonight, and I can't wait!
This is a picture of the tree last year... and I am hoping that I can take an even better picture this year!
I have been frankening up a storm! So I declare December "Franken Month!"
(or at least a couple of weeks =P )

Usually I am SO good with my posting...
Usually I have the whole month set up with daily posts for you!
So I have the need to apologise! I have missed you!
Work has been getting crazy, our holiday catalogue came out, and we are on mandatory overtime!
What has happened this past week...
* I got a new camera!!! so hopefully better pictures are in our near future! (super excited about this!) --- It is actually an old camera that my dad doesn't use any more... it has a whole 5.1 mega pixels!!! =P But considering that I take pictures for a web site that doesn't matter too much. I got the Olympus C 5060, and it is the most complicated camera that I have gotten since my manual SLR. But I can adjust the white balance, and it has a super macro setting too! I will show you some of the tests that I have done with the lens! (hopefully I will get to that tomorrow!)
I hope you guys don't mind that I might start showing you some random pictures!
After all... It is Christmas season in New York City, and this is my favorite time of the year in the city... absolutely beautiful (and of course it gives me a change to experiment with my camera!)
* I have almost finished my Christmas shopping! I only have to buy my mother's gift and then I am set! --- I am going to have to knit 2 scarves too... my aunt and uncle are coming from Panama for the holidays, and it is the first time that they will be here with us... so YAY!!!
* The new crush I have at work thinks I am cute, but doesn't want to get involved because he "works" with me (I have received ALL this information second hand... through a not so reliable source!) I hate when people discount you, just because they work with you! It is one thing if we were in the same department, or if we saw each other through out the day. BUT we don't work in the same floor, I never see him unless I am doing an errand on the sales floor (I mainly work in the corporate offices, so I don't get to walk in the store more than one maybe twice a day... If I get lucky!) This guys is seriously the best catch... old enough (younger than I, but not TOO young), he has a college degree, he is tall, easy on the eyes, and from what I hear he is a NICE guy, and has manners too! I don't come in contact with too many (...any) guys like that! Especially considering how often I am at work!!!
I haven't even gotten a chance to visit my friends in MUA... I miss you guys!
I also wanted to introduce you to Nadia G from Bitchin' Kitchen. She has a cooking show on the Cooking Network, along with a YouTube channel! I have only seen a couple of the episodes of the show, and she has me in stiches! I laugh so much that I start crying...
She cooks with 3 inch + shoes, and dresses like a rock star!
AND SHE ALWAYS COORDINATES HER POLISH!!!
Take a look at her Rock This Look section where she tells you exactly what she wore, and what polish she had ON! You have to love soemone that is aware that... inquiring minds want to know! =P
Love her! and I hope you take a look.
I can't leave you with out a picture...
So here is OPI DS Magic... LOVE this color!

I hope that you all that go out and do some crazy shopping for Black Friday had a great time!
I waited on line to get into the new Disney store in Times Square, and hopefully I'll be able to show you some pictures soon, It is a beautiful store! But I think I have to return during the week, when the crowds thin out a little bit! I got a Christmas gift for my step-sister's son (he is one of my favorite people in the whole wide world!)

I hope you are all enjoying your Thanksgiving (if you are in the USA!)
At my house, we are getting ready to have dinner. I have to finish the mashed potatoes and we are almost set! I hope that you all had a great day enjoying it with your loved ones!
I love you all!
I got a day of rest and tomorrow is back to work!
I am thankful that we don't have Black Friday sales!!! =P

I got the blues right now...
Why do guys just think they can play with you?
Why do we let them?!
I should know better than to take anything you say at face value...
and here I am still looking for someone that likes/wants me for all I can give...
I have cried enough tears for you, and you don't deserve any more of them!
And even though all of this... a small part of it, would love it if it could all work out in the end...

I have been playing with the samples that I was sent from the Born Pretty Store!
I was so excited to receive that I complately forgot to take a picture of all the goodies which I have received!
I was having issues using the crack polish on top of a completely dry manicure... it kept flacking off!
So as a tip apply it while the polish is still wet/tacky, then as it dries the cracks will appear!
It is not too bad to remove either! When I apply the crack polish over another color, the layers set, but they are not completely dry... I am not sure that this makes much sense, but if you take a bath/shower before you are to remove the polish, you will be able to scrape off most of the crack layer without ruining your nails. Then apply some nail polish remover to completely remove the layer you had underneath the cracking polish! It is lots of fun, and I still have anothr 3-4 colors to try!
So there is more crack to come =P
(the white underneath is Sephora by OPI Full Moon, so the white cracks glowed in the dark! It was awesome! Even if my camera could not pick it up AT ALL!)
Jessica from Born Pretty is super nice and has offered to give everyone a 10% off special. Code is OPENTENOFF, The coupon is good until December 31st!
I have been having fun cutting the Fimo canes which I received, and looking at the Rhinesones. I promise I will post all the ideas that I come up with!
Work has been a little crazy lately though, so it might take a while for me to post something other than swatches! The holidays have started, the holiday catalog was released... which translates to 6 days a week! So I am not doing much other than working and sleeping... so please forgive me if things get a little repetitive =P
