A french Evolution =P

So I went from the French that I showed you last night to this...
It has been so warm lately in NYC that I haven't even felt like moving... much less changing my nail polish! THAT is a bad sign!
I needed a color that would be opaque in one or two coats... I picked up RGB Oxblood (one of the polishes that I picked up during their birthday sale)... sorry for the tip wear... I tried to fix it a bit for the picture, but I was wearing this ALL day...
I picked up OPI This Little Piggy... a couple of days ago, and I figured this was a perfect time to try it, since i am so tired right now that I can't think about changing my polish... I can't wait for my vacation at the end of July! This is 2 coats of This Little Piggy... there is so much complaxity in this polish, pink, blue, yellow micro glitter, it is quite lovely!
I think I have a total of... 9 or 10 coats of polish right now... I don't have much of a choice to change it tomorrow night!

Revlon StreetWear Dark

A boring French manicure...

I used some water decals... It was my first time using them, so I think it was successful =P I think I need to try some decals that I don't have to keep straight! That was the hard part!

Sorry for the conditions of my nails... this picture was taken at the end of the day...

OPI Moon Over Mumbai with Colorama Sonic Sunset

I got another evolution for yo. This time a short one...
This is 3 coats of Moon Over Mumbai, a great nude. I am starting to really like colors like this one. I guess it is always  good to change it up once in a while!
With 2 coats of Colorama Sonic Sunset. I have been seeing so many layering combinations with SH Hidden Treasure that I have been craving a flakie manicure. So I went with what I had! Although I am on the lookout for Hidden Treasure, I am NOT hunting for it... I figured it will land in my hands if it is meant to be!
I got a ton of complements on this one! It is like opals... beautiful and understated!

Coming up this week... more StreetWear polishes! and the rest of the Zoya's I have!

Evolution of a Manicure...

First we started with this white polish I got at Claires for $1.75. I like it! it is one of my favorite colors, and a shimmery white always makes your nails look amazing!
I didn't feel like taking it off... (got lazy... it happens... I have been working TOO much!)
So I put on Nails Inc Paris, one of the Diet Coke polishes (THANK YOU... you know who you are *kisses*!) I love Nails Inc polishes, and wish they were available in the United States! The coverage on all I have tried is superb... so I knew this would cover the white. This was 2 coats.
Can you believe that I still did not want to take it off???
So I added 2 layers of Milani Hot Metal!
What a great combination!!!
I got lucky that I had minimal tip wear with these polishes... otherwise I wouldn't have gotten so fortunate. If I had had tip wear I would have taken it off and just started fresh.

Tomorrow you will see the evolution of the next manicure I had on...
This is what I get to experiment on, since I have SO many post scheduled
